Overview

Not every idea needs a full project. These are fast concepts, usually a day or two each, for testing how a palette, mark and packaging system hold together before committing to one.

About concept projects. This is self-initiated work made to explore an idea and show the full process. No client results or figures are claimed for it.

Why bother

Trying a direction on real objects (bags, cups, cards) shows problems that a logo on a white page hides. It is the cheapest way to find out whether an idea has legs.

Range

Illustrated tea packaging, kraft-and-olive cafés, a violet petal system, an impressionist bakery, terracotta stationery. Deliberately varied, so the range of what can be made is visible.
