Overview

Nimbus is an interface concept for a personal finance product. The aim was to show that a data-heavy dashboard can be calm: a sidebar, a handful of cards, one chart at a time.

About concept projects. This is self-initiated work made to explore an idea and show the full process. No client results or figures are claimed for it.

The opportunity

Dashboards tend to grow until nothing has priority. Deciding what a person needs to see first, and hiding the rest behind a click, is most of the design work.

Creative direction

Soft sky tones, translucent cards, generous spacing and a small type scale with strong hierarchy. Colour is used only for the numbers that matter.

Process

User flows → low-fidelity wireframes → component library → high-fidelity screens → developer-ready specs.
