Overview
A concept for a pottery studio that sells dinnerware, vases and a small journal. The site is structured like the studio itself: a shop at the front, a workshop behind it.
The opportunity
Handmade ceramics are about surface and colour. The site needed big, honest photography and a palette lifted from the glazes, not a generic white shop template.
Creative direction
Full-bleed teal panels alternate with cream sections. Type is upright and quiet. Product photography is shot on wooden shelves so shadows and textures come through.
Process
Site structure → art direction for photography → homepage, collection and journal designs → responsive layouts → WordPress build plan.
